You made me feel so comfortable in a spot where I had sat there and cried, and then I got the chance to meet with you and you seriously calmed me, and even though my flight got delayed…I felt like I was just aligned to connect with you and I want to thank you for every bit of that..I want to tell you how empowered I felt and how lucky and blessed I felt to have you help me navigate the airport.
